Process
Specifications
We will meet with the client to discuss the specification of the vacant
position. This includes the responsibilities of the position as well as
the specific roles and responsibilities of the candidate. A structured
approach will enable us to make direct contact with potential candidates.
If necessary, we will also discuss advertising alternatives with the client.
Selection Process
The process of "Direct Approach" is our preferred methodology, the agreed
upon specification is the tool for a successful pre selection. Potential
candidates will first be interviewed via phone. During this conversation
we will also discuss the candidate's willingness and motives to relocate.
Throughout this process we will remain in close contact with the customer.
Pre-Selection
After the initial phone screening, potential candidates will be invited
to participate in a face to face meeting. During this discussion we will
assess the candidate's professional experience, social competence, style
and "company fit".
Summary
We will compile a confidential and personal dossier on each of the interviewed
candidates. A copy of these will be given to our client.
Customer Interview
We will coordinate the client-candidate interview. We will participate
in the interview and provide feedback to the customer and respective candidate.
References
After the client has made the final selection we will, if requested or
required, collect personal references on the candidate with regard to
experience and fit. The feedback will be discussed with the client.
Conclusion
If requested or required, we will provide support to the client in preparing
the contractual details and or benefits package. We will also support
the candidate during this integration period.
